Redesign the marketing website to introduce Glooko's diabetes management platform to its customers

OVERVIEW
To reflect changes in Glooko's business strategy and introduce available products and services , I worked with marketing managers to redesign Glooko's marketing website.

BACKGROUND
This year, Glooko decided to focus mostly on clinics and health systems which means all the marketing contents including the marketing website need to meet these audiences' expectations.
The redesign of the website includes mainly two aspects: a new visual brand and updated marketing content.

What do customers (not) use a product?
The main goal of a marketing website is to clearly explain to customers what the company do, what products are provided, the pricing and most importantly, what benefits they can get from using the products.
There are mainly three sources to get answers : customer needs, internal stakeholder needs and difference from competitors.

COMPETITIVE AUDIT
The website tells a story of the company with visual and writing languages. After reviewing our competitors' websites, we decided to present Glooko with two keywords: trustworthy and user-friendly. This differentiates us from other competitors which emphasize either high-tech, simplicity or powerful functionality.

ANALYSIS
Personas, design principles, site map
After collecting all the requirements from the researches, I analyzed the data, defined a clear problem statement and project scope and mapped out user stories and mental flow of the main audiences.
Design principles

Readable and understandable
All the messages and visual elements should be simple to read and understand to target audiences.

Considerate and intuitive
The solution should answer most frequently asked questions from customers and help them quickly start with Glooko if they are interested.

Reliable and secure
The solution should convey a confident and trustworthy impression on target audiences. It should highlight quality and security.

FINAL DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION
After displaying and discussing across departments, I worked with two engineers to implement the main pages including home page, people with diabetes page and clinics and health systems page. The website is released this June. Click to see the live website.
